Trish has received numerous company awards over the years, but she is most pleased to be the only local Charlottesville/Central Virginia Realtor holding the distinction of Certified Relocation Professional (CRP). This designation formally recognizes those who have mastered extensive knowledge on the principles and practices of relocation. She was also selected as the Sales Associate of the Year in 2015 for the entire Charlottesville Assn of Realtors as well as being consistently recognized as a Top Producer for her firm. That along with her Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation show her commitment to the real estate industry. For the past 16 years, Trish has been honored as an annual recipient of the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors (CAAR) Professional Honor Society which acknowledges local Realtors who go beyond simply "making the sale" to those participating in the life of their community and their Realtor organization. In 2002, the Charlottesville Chamber of Commerce Leadership Charlottesville program selected Trish to complete the 10 month program, Leadership Charlottesville, which identifies active, engaged and dedicated civic leaders.
